Venue Decor Planning & Installation

  • Curation and planning of all decor for the venue:

    • Installation day of at the venue done by our team

    • Includes light table runners, tea lights, & gold or black frames for all day off wedding stationary & any other items within my collection

    • Does NOT include florals or any new items not currently in my collection.

  • Starting at $700-

Partial Planning, Design & Coordination

  • With partial planning, you’ll have us by your side every step of the way moving forward.

    • You already have a vision for your day, comfortable securing vendors and can handle small weekly tasks.

    • You have completed most of the larger tasks but are searching for support to execute and bring your vision to life in the weeks leading up to and on the day-of your wedding, in the most stress-free way possible.

    • We’ll handle all the legwork to create the perfect day.

    • We’ll also craft a personalized design plan that incorporates unique details and meaningful touches to every aspect of your event so that your wedding feels like an extension of you.

  • Starting at $1900-

Day of Coordination Only

    • My full assistance and dedication to ensuring the day of goes smoothly between all vendors, decor planning and wedding party.

    • Includes one meeting within 12 weeks prior to wedding day and a venue visit to ensure everything runs perfectly on your special day

  • Starting at $800-

  • My husband and I hired Olivia to help with the design, planning and day-of coordination for our wedding, and we could not be happier. Olivia was patient, responsive, and was dedicated to making sure everything was exactly what we wanted. On the day of she kept track of all the moving pieces and then some, and she was so flexible as little things popped up that we didn’t expect or plan for. She communicated with the vendors and made sure everyone involved was on the same page. We absolutely loved working with Olivia, and everyone commented on how great of a job she did on our big day and we couldn’t agree more!
